صدها تن در اعتراض به فساد در نهادهای محلی دولت در دو ولایت جنوبی و شمالی افغانستان به طور همزمان تظاهرات کرده‌اند.

شهر لشکرگاه، مرکز ولایت هلمند در جنوب افغانستان روز یکشنبه، ۲۴ ثور/اردیبهشت شاهد برگزاری تظاهرات صدها نفری علیه فساد در ادارات محلی این ولایت بود.

تظاهرکنندگان هلمندی خواستار برکناری گلاب منگل، والی هلمند شدند و گفتند که او ناتوان‌تر از آن است که بتواند به خواستهای مردم این ولایت پاسخ دهد.

عبدالجبار قهرمان، عضو مجلس نمایندگان و از سازماندگان این تظاهرات گفته است که آقای منگل دیگر توانایی مدیریت امور ولایت هلمند را ندارد.

آقای قهرمان والی هلمند را متهم به "تفرقه‌اندازی" میان قبائل کرده و گفته که او با این کار به دنبال تامین منافع شخصی خود است.

معترضان هلمندی همچنین گفته اند که والی هلمند نتوانسته که به بهبود امنیت در این ولایت کمک کند.

اما داوود احمدی، سخنگوی گلاب منگل اتهام تظاهرکنندگان را بی‌پایه خوانده و گفته است که سازمان دهندگان آن برای رسیدن به اهداف شخصی خود این تظاهرات به راه انداخته اند.

راهپیمایی اعتراضی در تخار

هلمند از مناطق ناآرام افغانستان است و معترضان والی این ولایت را متهم به ناتوانی در کنترل ناامنی کرده‌اند

همچنین صدها تن دیگر در ولایت تخار در شمال افغانستان در راهپیمایی مشابه خواستار برکناری مقامهای محلی در این ولایت شدند.

معترضان در این راهپیمایی در ولسوالی "خواجه بهاءالدین" این ولایت ادارات محلی تخار را متهم به فساد کرده و گفته‌اند که عبدالجبار تقوا، والی تخار به مبارزه با فساد توجه ندارد.

معترضان تخاری در این راهپیمایی خواستار برکناری ولسوال/فرماندار خواجه بهاءالدین شدند.

مصطفی رسولی، سخنگوی والی تخار به بی‌بی‌سی گفته که هیاتی برای بررسی خواستهای معترضان به منطقه خواجه بهاءالدین فرستاده شده است.

این در حالی است که هفته گذشته نیز صدها نفر در ولسوالی رستاق ولایت تخار در اقدام اعتراضی مشابه، ادارات محلی را متهم به فساد کردند.

معترضان تخاری هم خواستار برکناری مسئولان محلی شده‌اند و سخنگوی والی تخار گفته که خواستهای آنها بررسی می‌شود

معترضان تخاری همچنین گفته اند که نیروهای امنیتی نتوانسته اند امنیت را در منطقه تامین کنند و حتی برخی از قاچاقچیان مواد مخدر در صفوف پلیس نفوذ کرده اند.

بر اساس گزارشها، به دنبال تظاهرات ساکنان منطقه رستاق، ولسوال/فرماندار این منطقه از مقام خود برکنار و بجای او کس دیگری تعیین شده است.

فساد از چالشهای اصلی در برابر دولت افغانستان شمرده می‌شود و در سالهای اخیرا انتقادهای زیادی در این مورد مطرح شده است.

اما این نخستین بار است که ساکنان دو ولایت در شمال و جنوب افغانستان به طور همزمان علیه فساد در نهادهای دولتی اقدام به راهپیمایی اعتراضی کرده اند.
